The following actions and content are strictly prohibited on Spelsty:

• Uploading, sharing, disseminating, or storing any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Inducing, coercing, threatening, or manipulating children into engaging in sexual acts in any form
• Any pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors
• Promoting or facilitating access to CSAM-related materials
• Any content that violates regional or national child protection laws and regulations

3. Preventative Measures

We prevent CSAM and related harmful content through the following methods:

• Manual and Automated Content Moderation: We use a combination of manual review and machine learning to detect inappropriate images, videos, and text.
• Real-time Reporting: Any user can report inappropriate content within the app.

4. Handling and Reporting Process

Once CSAM content is confirmed or suspected, we will immediately Suspend the relevant accounts and remove the relevant content.

We will promptly report any offending material to the relevant authorities, including but not limited to:

• National Cybersecurity Agency Against Child Sexual Exploitation
• Law enforcement agencies in your jurisdiction
• NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children)

All processing and reporting will comply with local laws, regulations, and international conventions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Before using Spelsty, users must confirm that they will not upload, disseminate, request, or share any harmful content involving minors.
• Users are obligated to report any suspicious content immediately through the in-app reporting function or our official email address.
