• Media files shared in the conversation: We will collect the media content (such as pictures, voice, videos, etc.) that you actively share in the chat, in order to provide message synchronization, display and content review functions. All media files will be securely stored on our servers and can be deleted at any time.
• Chat messages or conversation content: We will collect the text messages you send in private chats, in order to achieve chat record preservation, message synchronization and push notification functions. All information will be stored in encrypted form and will only be visible between you and the other party. The platform will not be used for advertising or recommendations.
• Post content and mood diary content: When you publish anonymous posts or record your mood in the App, we will store the text content you submit, emoji marks and related timestamps, etc. These contents are only used for display and interaction purposes, and you can delete them at any time.
• Maintaining a clean community

We do not collect or store the following information:

• Password (we use secure authentication tokens)
• Age, gender or other demographic information
• Location data

How we use your information

We will only use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining our services
• Processing payment for subscriptions
• Sending important service notifications
• Improving application performance and fixing errors
• Complying with legal obligations

Data storage and security

All data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Either automatically deleted or deleted manually by you. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

• Account deletion: You can delete your account and all related data at any time.
• Information update/revision: Update or revise your information.
• Data deletion: If you wish to permanently delete all chat records, media content or account data, you can apply for "account cancellation" within the App to complete the deletion.

We use reliable third-party services to:

• Payment processing: Apple App Store / Google Play Store
• Anonymized statistical analysis: Only for function optimization, the data has been de-identified.
• Hosting and infrastructure: Encrypted hosting on compliant cloud service platforms.

Children's privacy

Our service is not targeted at users under the age of 18. We will never collect personal information from users under 18 years old.

International data transfer

Your data may be processed in other countries outside your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are taken for international transfers.
